The applicable copyright notices, licence texts and attribution information are supplied with PhotoCorral in the accompanying third-party notices and licence materials.

10 · Data and backups

You remain responsible for your photograph backups

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your photographs, storage devices and other important files.

Catalogue backup is not photo-file backup.

Catalogue Backup & Restore protects PhotoCorral catalogue information and organisation. Your actual photograph files should also be backed up independently.

11 · Support

Support

Support for PhotoCorral is provided through the support resources made available on the PhotoCorral website.

For assistance, visit PhotoCorral Support or email support@photocorral.app.

Support does not include responsibility for recovering files that have been lost because no independent backup was maintained.

12 · Termination

When the licence may end

Your rights under this licence may terminate if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach where a remedy is reasonably available.

If the licence terminates, you must stop using unauthorised copies of PhotoCorral and remove those copies where required.

Termination of the software licence does not transfer ownership of your own photographs or lawfully created exported files to PhotoCorral.

13 · Warranty

Software warranty

PhotoCorral is provided with the rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, PhotoCorral is provided on an “as available” basis and no guarantee is made that every feature will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every photograph, device, camera file, catalogue or workflow.

Features such as face recognition, Semantic Search, automatic adjustments, metadata interpretation and geographic matching may require user review and may not produce a perfect result in every case.

14 · Liability

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoCorral is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the software, including losses caused by failure to maintain appropriate independent backups.

Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

15 · Mandatory rights

Your rights under applicable law remain protected

This agreement is intended to operate together with applicable law. If a provision of this agreement conflicts with a right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded, the mandatory legal right or guarantee takes priority to the extent required by law.

If one provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16 · Agreement

Relationship with purchase terms

This Software Licence Agreement governs your right to use PhotoCorral. Separate purchase, checkout, refund or transaction terms may also apply to the acquisition of the software.
